COMPUTATIONAL BIOLOGIST AND DATA SCIENTIST
Turning complex biological data into meaningful insights.
I am a computational biologist and postdoctoral researcher at the University of Virginia in Chongzhi Zang's lab, with 10 years of research experience in bioinformatics and computational biology.
My work focuses on using statistical modeling, machine learning, data mining, multi-omics integration, and scalable bioinformatics pipelines to extract biological insights from high-dimensional datasets. I have applied these approaches to functional genomics, transcriptional regulation, cancer biology, biomarker discovery, and large-scale data resources that support broader research.
I am currently seeking computational biologist or data scientist roles in pharmaceutical and biotech settings, where I can contribute strong analytical, computational, and biological interpretation skills to support drug discovery, translational research, and human health.
